• All rentals are F.O.B  from Pioneer Rentals yard, Chatham, NJ.  Delivery rates will be quoted on request.

• A valid NJ drivers license and credit card are required for all rentals.  Rentals are paid in advance.

• Rates are based on a time out, not time used basis.  You are charged for all time equipment is in your possession.

• Rental equipment is to be returned reasonably clean.  A cleaning charge will be assessed on items returned excessively dirty.

• Gasoline & Diesel equipment is dispatched with, and must be returned with a full tank of fuel.

• Customer remains responsible for any and all tire damage, including flat tires.  Tire damage is not covered by damage waiver.

• In event of loss or theft, the customer will be billed for rental plus cost of equipment.  Rent will accrue until payment is made.

• All rates are subject to change without notice and do not include 7% NJ sales tax or 10% damage waiver charge.

• Refer to rental contract for complete terms and conditions.
